A Miami doctor, whose moves have been extensively ridiculed after a video surfaced three months ago of her having a meltdown after an incident with an Uber driver, became fired Friday.
The Miami Herald mentioned that Jackson health equipment officers launched a statement announcing that fourth-year neurology resident Anjali Ramkissoon can be terminated. She became positioned on administrative depart in January after the video of her tantrum surfaced.
On the video Ramkissoon, wearing white shorts and an orange shirt, slaps the Uber driver and kicks him in the groin.
After she is pushed to the floor, she gets up and jumps into the passenger seat of the Uber car.
"Yeah, get in the (expletive) in motor vehicle! Get the (expletive) within the vehicle!" she says to the Uber driver. "Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I wager they won't. I guess they may not. Get the (expletive) in the automobile you piece of (expletive). Get the (expletive) in the car!"
The video then shows her tossing papers and a mobile phone out the window.
police officers were referred to as but the Uber driver declined to press fees, WSVN-tv pronounced in January.
Ramkisson hadn't even ordered the Uber trip, the station pointed out, quoting the person who posted the video on YouTube.
In televised media interviews after the incident, Ramkissoon apologized and stated there become no excuse for her movements.
